How’s life at NUS? Take this Student Life & Wellness Survey and feedback on how the University can improve your student experience.  This survey will take approximately 10 - 15 mins to complete and is open to all NUS students.

• Allowing us to understand your needs better
• Assisting to identify areas of improvement in student services
• Raising student wellness standards at NUS

• agree to the terms and conditions of the NUS Personal Data Notice for Students (PDNP) and NUS Privacy Notice.

• consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your particulars to third parties (including without limitation, information that may be deemed personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore) for the following purposes (“Purposes”): administration of this survey; use of NUSNET ID to retrieve relevant basic information (for example, home faculty and year of matriculation) from NUS systems for analysis with the survey data collected; publication and sharing of anonymous findings and aggregated data with the student community; administration of the lucky draw, including to contact winners for the collection of prizes; and any other purposes related to the above.
